Returns and Shipping

GENERAL TERMS - Given the nature of our products, returns are only allowed in cases of defect. If your product is found to be defective, we will promptly provide a replacement. Please contact us without delay to return the item to us, in its original condition, with receipt and we will happily issue a replacement. Unfortunately, we do not resell defective products that have been returned and so we must dispose of them.

If you require a replacement item due to a defect or damage, simply send us an email at growinghandsdr@gmail.com for a Return Identification Number (RIN) and instructions. The return shipping fee must be paid by you. Such expenses will not be refundable. Any refunds you may receive will be reduced by the cost of return shipping.

CANCELLATIONS - Each item is custom made upon request. Cancellations are not allowed once the order is processed. In the event that we approve your request to cancel before the item is shipped, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee. In the event that we approve your request to cancel the order while the courier is in route, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee as well as the cost of shipping associated with your order. Otherwise our general terms apply.

REFUNDS (If Approved) - Upon receiving and examining your returned product, you will receive an email informing you of the approval or denial of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be put through processing and a credit will be issued to the same payment method that was used in the original transaction, typically within 5 - 7 business days.
